2. Is Doc leaving something out? Is she able to cure Omega Black, because she designed it?

3. I don't buy this "Duke is a traitor" business. THe series began with Duke in chains, imprisoned by Cobra. In Marvel issue 84(?), a woman claiming to be BIlly's mother revealed the origins of Cobra Commander (with Storm Shadow filling in parts, and Zartan filling in other parts, to Fred VII, in a parallel conversation).
My problems with this:

1. How would she have known her ex-husband was Cobra COmmander?
2. How did she know Billy was her son, or where to find him?
